Delivery charges
- Cash on Delivery: Rs. 300 delivery charge.
- Prepaid (JazzCash or Bank Transfer): orders of Rs. 5,000 or more currently qualify for free delivery; below that threshold the current delivery charge is Rs. 300.
Availability and substitutions
Because products are sourced after an order is received, an item can occasionally become unavailable. ChaskaBox will contact the customer before removing or substituting an unavailable item. We do not intentionally make silent substitutions.
Order processing
ChaskaBox follows a sourced-after-order model, so products are sourced and packed after an order is received. Delivery estimates are not a guaranteed courier deadline and can be affected by destination, courier operations, public holidays or other disruptions.
Address changes
If you notice an address or phone-number mistake after ordering, contact ChaskaBox on WhatsApp as soon as possible and include your order number. Changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched.
